Sea Shanty's Boats Ahoy
- 420 g packet frozen I&J Sea Shanty's
- 4 Iceberg or Cos lettuce cups, soaked in cold water
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup KRAFT* Thousand Island Dressing
- Cooked Potato Gems or chips, for serving
- COOK frozen I&J Sea Shanty's following packet directions.
- ARRANGE lettuce cups on serving plates and fill with combined carrot, celery and spring onion.
- Top with cooked Sea Shanty's and drizzle with KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing.
- Serve with cooked potato gems on the side.
- RECIPE TIP: Kids will love Sea Shanty's served in wrap bread with salad and drizzled with dressing.
