Gyros Casserole
- 1/2 pounds Macaroni
- 1- 1/2 pound Gyros
- 2 whole Onions
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 pounds Mushrooms
- 1 package Powdered Onion Soup
- 1 cup Grated Cheese
- Cook the pasta, drain and set aside.
- In the meantime, put the gyros and the diced onions in a large skillet; cook until brown.
- Then add the sour cream, heavy cream, mushrooms and the whole package of powdered onion soup.
- Stir in well.
- Put the pasta in a baking/casserole dish, pour the gyros mixture over it and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Enjoy!
