Homestyle Shepherd's Pie

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Add potatoes to large saucepan of boiling water; cook 20 to 25 min.
  3. or until tender.
  4. Meanwhile, cook meat and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 7 min.
  5. or until meat is browned and onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add flour; cook and stir 1 min.
  7. Add frozen vegetables and broth; mix well.
  8. Stir in 1/4 cup Cooking Creme; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  9. or until slightly thickened.
  10. Pour into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  11. Drain potatoes, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.
  12. Return potatoes and reserved water to pan; mash until smooth.
  13. Stir in remaining Cooking Creme; spread over meat mixture.
  14. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  15. or until heated through.
