Cereal Bars
- 3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 1/2 cup combination of choc chips, nuts, seeds, dried fruits
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine oats with wet ingredients and coat well.
- Stir in add-ins
- Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
- Press the mixture into the pan, making sure its uniform thickness.
- Bake for 15-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting 16 bars.
