Mexican Hot Chocolate

  1. In a large saucepan, combine cocoa, masa harina, skim milk, vanilla and sugar.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. Pour into mugs and serve with cinnamon sticks.
