MINI GRAHAM CRACKER PUMPKIN PIES
- 1 l3 ounce can of Pumpkin Pie mix
- 1 12 ounce can of carnation milk
- 1/2 tbsp of nutmeg
- 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp of pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp of vanilla estract
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 2 packages 4 ounces of Keebler Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 in a pkg)
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the Graham Cracker Pie crust
- Add 2 tablespoons full of the pumpkin pie mix to each graham cracker pie crust
- Place 6 pie crust in the oven at a time for 30 minutes
- Remove them from the oven and let them set aside for 10 minutes then serve with butter pecan or vanilla ice cream
