Chunky Autumn Chili

  1. Cook tomato, apple, garlic, and onion in a large saucepan until softened.
  2. Add pork and seasonings; cover and simmer, stirring occasionaly, for 20 minutes.
  3. Stir in squash and pepper; simmer, stirring occasionaly, for an additional 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in cilantro and serve.
  5. Enjoy!
