Turkey Meatballs

  1. Mix turkey meat, onion, fresh herbs, garlic, and salt and pepper.
  2. Add eggs, bread crumbs, and heavy cream.
  3. Roll meatballs to desired size.

  5. Heat a large saute pan.
  6. Add oil and butter and cook over medium heat until the butter turns golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  7. Browning the butter adds great flavor.

  9. Dust meatballs in a little flour and brown.
  10. The meatballs should be cooked on a medium-high heat.
  11. They can be finished in the oven by roasting or placed in pre-made tomato sauce.
  12. Remember this is only for browning the meatballs.
  13. Chef's Note 1:
  14. We recommend you taste and test as you go by make a small patty before you begin to assemble the meatballs.
  15. Chef's Note 2:
  16. Rub a little water in the palm of your hands.
  17. It makes the job easier.
