Crockpot Potato Soup

• 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of potato soup
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
• 1 (16 ounce) package frozen hash browns or 1 (16 ounce) package potatoes
• 4 cups milk
• 1 cup diced Velveeta cheese

1. Combine all ingredients in a crockpot.
2. Cook on low all day.
3. You can also add diced ham or shredded carrots.
