Chicken Bruschetta Pizza
- 8 whole Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
- 6 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil
- 13 cups Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 13 Tablespoons Garlic Salt
- 1/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 can (13.8 Oz. Size) Refrigerator Pizza Dough
- 1/2 cups Pizza Sauce
- 2 cups Cooked, Diced Chicken
- 1- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1.
- Mix together chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil, olive oil, pepper, salt and vinegar together.
- Set aside.

- Spread the pizza crust out on a cookie sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce over the top of the crust.
- 3.
- Drain the tomato mixture completely.
- Spread 2 cups of the mixture over the sauce.
- Top with chicken and then cheese.
- 4.
- Sprinkle oregano over top and drizzle with the olive oil.
- 5.
- Bake as directed on the pizza dough package.
