Fast Fried Chicken White Gravy Recipe

  1. In a large saucepan cook onions, chives, and garlic in the butter till onions are translucent/soft.
  2. Don't BURN BUTTER.
  3. Add in flour; stir for about a minute.
  4. Quickly whisk in lowfat milk and cream.
  5. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Whisk gravy constantly till it becomes thick and creamy.
  7. Great with fried chicken, potatoes, pot pie fillings, and many others!
