Holiday Shrimp Salad Recipe
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can chicken noodle soup
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. salad dressing or possibly mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1/3 c. minced green pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 c. cut up shrimp
- Heat soup till very warm.
- Add in the cream cheese and stir till dissolved.
- Fold in salad dressing and set aside to cold.
- Chop vegetables.
- Add in boiling water to gelatin and stir till dissolved.
- Mix all ingredients together and put in a 9-inch pan or possibly mold.
- Chill.
