Spicy Dry Noodle Street Food
- 2 cup udon noodle or any noodle
- 2 cup dice chinese bbq pork
- 1 cup mix red ,green and yellow dice bell pepper
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp nando 's peri peri chili sauce or any sriracha
- 2 tbsp LG SHALLOT OIL or any oil
- 3 tbsp crispy fried shallot
- 3 tbsp dice spring onion
- 2 tbsp crispy fried shallot
- 2 fresh coriander leaf
- UDON
- bring water to a boil then add udon and simmer for 13 minutes then drain and reserve half cup of water for sauce
- SPICY SAUCE
- mix sauce then add half cup of water
- TO SERVE
- mix sauce with noodle coating evenly the top garnish and a drizzle of extra shallot oil
