  1. Combine all spices in a dish and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet on high heat, add olive oil and saute onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add bell pepper and cook until soft.
  4. Crumble tofu into skillet and add spices, stir well to combine and heat through.
  5. Garnish with scallions and serve with salsa.
