Super Easy Chocolate Truffles

  1. Melt chocolate in the microwave on high for 60 seconds.
  2. Stir and continue to cook on high for another 30 seconds or until chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and continue beating until well blended.
  5. Stir in chocolate, vanilla and extract flavouring.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Shape into 1 inch balls.
  8. Roll into cocoa, powdered sugar, nuts or dip into melted chocolate.
  9. Store in refrigerator.
  10. ALTERNATIVE.
  11. Use white chocolate in place of semi-sweet chips and follow same directions.
