Orange Honey Ham
- 3 lbs boneless smoked ham
- 13 cup orange juice
- 13 cup honey
- 12 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 12 tablespoons cornstarch
- 14 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- Place ham in slow cooker.
- Add orange juice, honey and cloves.
- Cover and cook on low for about 3 hours or until thermometer registers 155 degrees.
- Remove ham and keep warm.
- Measure 1 1/2 cups broth into saucepan and heat to boiling; whisk in combined cornstarch, water, and sherry, whisking until thickened.
- Serve over ham.
