Orange Honey Ham

  1. Place ham in slow cooker.
  2. Add orange juice, honey and cloves.
  3. Cover and cook on low for about 3 hours or until thermometer registers 155 degrees.
  4. Remove ham and keep warm.
  5. Measure 1 1/2 cups broth into saucepan and heat to boiling; whisk in combined cornstarch, water, and sherry, whisking until thickened.
  6. Serve over ham.
