Bologna And Salami Cake Recipe
- 1 x (8-oz) carton spreadable cream cheese Cream or possibly lowfat milk to moisten
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 6 slc bologna
- 6 slc Genoa salami Toothpicks
- Place cream cheese in a bowl; stir in chives and mustard.
- Spread one slice of bologna with the mix, top with one slice of salami and continue doing this, alternating bologna and salami till cool cuts are used.
- Leave top slice unspread.
- Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
- Cut into small wedges with a sharp knife and stab each one with a toothpick.
- Makes 12 wedges.
