White Creme De Cacao Ricotta Pie

  1. For Pie Shell: In large bowl, mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.
  2. DO NOT KNEAD!
  3. Roll out on floured board and place in 11-inch pie plate.
  4. Filling: In large bowl, add all ingredients except walnuts.
  5. Mix well until blended smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour into pie shell.
  7. Sprinkle walnuts on top.
  8. Bake @400* for 10 minutes, then 300* for 90 minutes.
  9. Test for doneness by inserting clean knife.
  10. Knife should come out clean.
