Raspberry Sensation

  1. Spoon sorbet into foil-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan; press firmly to form even layer.
  2. Freeze 10 min.
  3. Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  4. Stir in Cool Whip; spread over sorbet.
  5. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
  6. Unmold onto plate 15 min.
  7. before serving to soften slightly; top with berries.
