Stir-Fried Okra with Curry Powder
- 10 Okra
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 dash Salt
- 1/4 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 50 ml Hot water
- Rub the okra with salt to remove the fuzz.
- Rinse and dry.
- Remove the stems and tops from the okra.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, and saute the okra.
- When the okra are coated in oil, add the ingredients in their listed order.
- Add the hot water at the end.
- Cook them until the liquid evaporates.
- It's finished.
