Restaurant Style Pork Fried Rice
- 2 packages (10 Oz. Size) Frozen Brown Rice
- 3 Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 cup Frozen Vegetables (corn, Peas, Beans, Carrots)
- 1/2 cups Frozen Edamame
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- Microwave packages of frozen rice and cool.
- Cut pork chops into small strips or chunks and saute in olive oil until no longer pink.
- Add salt and pepper.
- When pork is almost fully cooked, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add in rice, frozen vegetables and edamame.
- When vegetables are thawed in the rice mixture, push rice to the sides of the pan and add eggs.
- Scramble eggs with a fork and when fully cooked, distribute egg throughout rice.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Cook for a few minutes to get a little crispy and adjust seasoning as needed.
