Bourbon Steak Recipe
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Bourbon
- 1 cl Garlic,pressed or possibly chopped
- 1/4 tsp Grated ginger
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 x 1/2" thick steaks
- Combine everything in a shallow dish.Marinate the steaks for at least two hrs.
- (I like to tenderize them first.)
- Grill over a charcoal fire.Best when served with a foil baked potato fresh from the coals.Makes 1 serving.
