Potato Fans

• 20 French fries, thick crinkle kind
• 2 slices cheese, cut into 2 triangles each (we like american)

1. Bake fried on baking sheet according to directions til heated.
2. Remove and arrage 5 fries together in a fan shape with one end touching.
3. Top each"fan" with a cheese triangle.
4. Broil 1 minute until cheese holds shape of fan together.
