Spicy Butternut Soup

  1. Saute onions, leeks and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add butternut and leave on low heat to sweat.
  3. When butternut is soft add chopped chili and sage.
  4. Add stock.
  5. Bring to boil and simmer on low heat.
  6. Blend.
  7. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and pepper to taste.
