Spicy Ginger Chu-Hi

  1. In a mortar and pestle muddle together the ginger and sugar.
  2. Add the mixture to a cocktail shaker filled with ice along with the shochu, raspberry flavored rum, guava and lime juices.
  3. Strain and pour into a martini glass and garnish with the slice of ginger.
