Marinade For Fish, Turkey Or Chicken Recipe

• 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 c. minced onion
• 1/4 c. parsley
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 tbsp. water
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 teaspoon dry thyme
• Few dashes bottled warm pepper sauce
• Few dashes black pepper

1. Line a bowl with plastic bag.
2. Combine ingredients.
3. Pour over fish, close bag and marinate 2 to 4 hrs turning bag to distribute.
