Kraut Salad

• 1 #3 can of chopped Kraut, undrained
• 1 cup (225 ml) white sugar
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped onion
• 1 cup (225 ml) chopped celery.
• 1 large bell pepper chopped.
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) pimento pepper(canned) or to taste

1. Mix everything listed for salad.
2. Chill overnight.
3. Will keep several days.
