Cupid's Cups

  1. Draw heart design or write Valentine's Day message in each of 8 (6-oz.)
  2. clear plastic cups by piping melted chocolate onto inside of cup.
  3. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
  4. Add 1 cup boiling water to 1 pkg.
  5. jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  6. until completely dissolved.
  7. Stir in 1 cup cold water; pour into prepared cups.
  8. Refrigerate 1 hour or until jelly is firm.
  9. Meanwhile, add remaining boiling water to remaining jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  10. until completely dissolved.
  11. Add enough ice cubes to remaining cold water to measure 1 cup.
  12. Add to jelly; stir until thickened.
  13. Stir in Cool Whip; spoon over jelly layer in cups.
  14. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  15. Serve topped with candies.
