Swiss Ham Ring
- 1 c. fresh broccoli, cooked
- 1/4 c. onion (onion powder can be used)
- parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 can Hormel chunk ham, drained and separated into chunks
- 1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
- Heat oven.
- Cook broccoli; drain and cut up into smaller pieces.
- In bowl, combine flour, onion, margarine, mustard and lemon juice.
- Add Swiss cheese and ham; mix.
- Arrange rolls on a cookie sheet, with center being about a 3-inch circle.
- Spoon filling in a ring evenly over bases of triangles.
- Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under bases of triangles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until browned.
- Serve hot.
