Sauerkraut Recipe

  1. Brown sausage.
  2. Add in rest of ingredients and simmer on low fire for 4 hrs uncovered.
  3. The juice should be cooked down and the sauerkraut should have a brown shade.
  4. Taste during cooking.
  5. If too sweet add in mustard, if too tart add in maple syrup.
