Deli Beef & Pumpernickel Sandwich

• 1/4 cup vinegar-based coleslaw
• 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
• 2 slices pumpernickel bread, toasted
• 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Slow Roasted Roast Beef
• 6 thin cucumber slices

1. Mix coleslaw and mustard; spread onto 1 of the toast slices.
2. Top with meat, cucumbers and remaining toast slice.
