Baked Maryland Shellfish Casserole
- 1 lb backfin crab meat
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 12 cup green pepper, chopped
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 1 12 cups celery, chopped
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups potato chips, crushed
- paprika, to taste
- lemon, to garnish
- Combine everything but potato chips and paprika.
- Pour into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Top with potato chips and paprika.
- Bake in oven at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
