Potatoes Chorreadas Style
- 6 red potatoes (about 2 lb.), scrubbed, unpeeled King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 6 tomatoes (about 2 lb.), peeled, chopped
- 3 green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths
- 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Boil potatoes until fork-tender; drain.
- Cover to keep warm.
- Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add tomatoes and onions; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onions are tender.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Add sour cream and seasonings; stir until well blended.
- Pour sauce over warm potatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
