Glazed Ham And Sweet Potatoes Recipe

  1. Preheat broiler, position oven rack about 4 inches from heat source.
  2. Place ham in shallow pan.
  3. Surround with peaches and sweet potatoes; drizzle peaches and sweet potatoes with small amount of maple syrup.
  4. Broil 5 min or possibly till light browned.
  5. Meanwhile, heat jam and mustard till blended.
  6. Turn ham, peaches and sweet potatoes over; brush ham with jam mix.
  7. Drizzle peaches and sweet potatoes with additional maple syrup.
  8. Continue broiling 5 min or possibly till thoroughly heated.
