Breakfast Burrito

  1. Spray a skillet with some cooking spray to ensure that nothing sticks.
  2. Break the chorizo into small pieces and cook until they're done.
  3. There's usually a bit of grease, so I drain that right away.
  4. Add in the onion, garlic, chiles, and cilantro.
  5. Saute until the onions are soft, which is usually about a minute or two.
  6. Add in the egg subsitute and scramble everything together.
  7. I put the tortillas in the toaster oven to warm then up.
  8. Once they're done put the egg mixute in them, towards the center.
  9. I sprinkle the cheese over that, thenr oll them up!
