Mango Avocado Salad

  1. Mix lime, vinegar, soy, oil, chile, coriander, tomato, cilantro, basil, salt and pepper in a small bowl, set aside.
  2. Peel and slice mangoes into 1/4-inch slices.
  3. Do the same with the avocado.
  4. Put the lettuce on an oval platter.
  5. Lay the mango and avocado slices on top, alternating.
  6. Pour dressing over and top with chopped cashews.
