Noodle Heaven (Oamc)

• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 5 green onions, chopped
• 1 (8 ounce) packageof your favorite noodles
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1. Brown beef in skillet.
2. Add garlic, salt, sugar, and tomato sauce.
3. Simmer 10 minutes until meat is lightly browned.
4. In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, and onions.
5. Boil noodles, undercooking a minute or two; drain.
6. In a 9x13 inch pan, layer noodles, cream cheese mixture, and meat sauce.
7. Repeat.
8. Sprinkle cheddar on top.
9. To Freeze: Cover with foil; and freeze.
10. To Serve: Transfer to refrigerator the night before.
11. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
