Pork Tenderloin With Vegetables Recipe

  1. Place meat on rack under broiler and cook 4" from heat, 5 min each side.
  2. Cut meat into strips and place in skillet with 1/4 c. water; cover and simmer 15 min.
  3. Add in onions, celery, water chestnuts, pea pods.
  4. Continue cooking till veggies are tender, add in soy sauce, garlic salt, broth mix and 1/4 c. water.
  5. Add in remaining water (1 c.) to meat and bring to boil.
  6. Thicken with cornstarch mix.
  7. Serve over 1/2 c. rice portions.
