Bear Roast

  1. Rub all sides of bear meat with the first four ingredients.
  2. Place seasoned meat in slow-cooking pot, sprinkle with onions and pour bouillon over all.
  3. Cover and cook 9-10 hours on low or until meat is tender.
  4. Vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, and celery may be added and cooked the same amount of time as the meat.
  5. For gravy: Remove meat from pot; stir flour in small amount of water and add to meat juices.
