Tangy Fiesta Salad

  1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain, if necessary.
  2. Stir in corn.
  3. Add seasoning mix; prepare as directed on package.
  4. Place lettuce on large serving platter.
  5. (Or, divide evenly among four salad plates.)
  6. Top with the taco meat, tomatoes and cheese.
  7. Drizzle with dressing.
  8. Sprinkle with onions.
