Cornbeef Cabbage Pockets
- 1 (15 ounce) can corned beef
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cabbage
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- Cut cabbage in wedges 1 inch thick.
- In square of foil place cabbage wedge with a pat of butter.
- Place slice of onion on top.
- Salt and pepper.
- Add slice of corned beef.
- Wrap to seal all in foil package.
- Make as many as needed.
- Place on BBQ and cook 15 min.
- I have also done them in the pressure cooker or in toaster oven.
