Spicy Chicken Wings Recipe

  1. Rinse the chicken wings under cool running water, then drain and blot dry completely with paper towels.
  2. Place the wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with the garlic salt, pepper, cayenne, and oregano.
  3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hrs.
  4. Preheat a grill to medium-high.
  5. Grill chicken wings, turning once, till the juices run clear when pierced with a fork or internal temperature reads 165.
  6. Serve immediately with a side of Blue Cheese Dressing.
  7. Blue Cheese Dressing:
  8. 1/4 lb.
  9. blue cheese
  10. 1 c. mayonnaise
  11. 1 Tbsp.
  12. red wine vinegar
  13. 1 Tbsp.
  14. lemon juice
  15. 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  16. 1/4 tsp.
  17. garlic salt
  18. 1/4 tsp.
  19. celery seed
  20. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
  21. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and chill till ready to serve.
