Turkey Burgers

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shallots and soy sauce.
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, add olive oil to the pan and heat over medium flame.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients, except buns of course, and mix until just combined.
  5. Do not overmix.
  6. Form about 4 or 5 patties, and add to the skillet once oil is very hot.
  7. Cook for about 6 minutes each side, flipping once.
  8. If cheese is desired, add one minute before cooking is complete and cover for one minute.
  9. Serve on buns and enjoy!
