Orange French Toast I

• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
• 1 orange, juice of
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 12 teaspoon vanilla
• 8 slices French bread

1. Beat together all ingredients except bread.
2. Dip bread into mixture.
3. Fry bread in butter.
4. Top with powdered sugar.
