Chicken With Pineapple Mango Salsa

  1. Season the chicken with the cumin.
  2. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides.
  4. Pour 1 cup salsa over the chicken.
  5. Reduce the heat to low.
  6. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked though.
  7. Serve with the remaining salsa.
