Herb-spiced Fish Fillet
- 6 fish fillet
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Mix herb, spices, salt and pepper.
- Brush fish with 1 tablespoon of oil and coat in spice mixture.
- Drizzle each fillet with bread crumbs to put a little crisp.
- Heat remaining oil in a fry pan over a medium heat.
- Cook each side of fish for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite salsa or mixed veggies.
