Herb-spiced Fish Fillet

  1. Mix herb, spices, salt and pepper.
  2. Brush fish with 1 tablespoon of oil and coat in spice mixture.
  3. Drizzle each fillet with bread crumbs to put a little crisp.
  4. Heat remaining oil in a fry pan over a medium heat.
  5. Cook each side of fish for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve with your favorite salsa or mixed veggies.
  7. Enjoy!
