Perkedel Jagung (Indonesian Corn Fritters)

  1. Combine all ingredients save from oil.
  2. Mix well and wait for 5 - 10 minutes.
  3. If the combination is too runny, add more flour.
  4. If it is too dense, add more water.
  5. Heat the oil.
  6. Using low to medium heat, scoop some batter to the oil.
  7. Flip them once in a while until golden.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. Enjoy!
