Mustard Chicken Salad in Lettuce Cups
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1 cup PLANTERS Pecans, toasted, chopped
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, cut into bite-size pieces
- 16 radicchio leaves
- Mix first 6 ingredients until blended.
- Add chicken; toss to coat.
- Spoon chicken salad into lettuce leaves.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
