Chicken with Misonnaise
- 500 grams Chicken thigh
- 2 tbsp Grated garlic
- 3 to 4 shakes Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 to 5 tablespoons Easy melting cheese
- 1 tbsp Powdered cheese (optional)
- Remove the fat from the chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the ingredients marked to make the"misonnaise" sauce.
- Cook the chicken until heat has gone through, over a strong medium heat, with the grated garlic, salt and pepper.
- Put the chicken from Step 2 into a heatproof bowl, and add the combined sauce and cheese.
- Sprinkle in some powdered cheese if you have it, and bake in the oven at 200C for 15 minutes to finish.
- You can also bake it in the oven until browned.
