Chicken with Misonnaise

  1. Remove the fat from the chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine the ingredients marked to make the"misonnaise" sauce.
  3. Cook the chicken until heat has gone through, over a strong medium heat, with the grated garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Put the chicken from Step 2 into a heatproof bowl, and add the combined sauce and cheese.
  5. Sprinkle in some powdered cheese if you have it, and bake in the oven at 200C for 15 minutes to finish.
  6. You can also bake it in the oven until browned.
