Rice Paper Galette
- 1 sheet Rice paper
- 1 Egg
- 1 slice Ham
- 2 tbsp Melting cheese
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 Salt
- Heat your frying pan.
- Soak the rice paper in water and, once softened, put a bit of vegetable oil in the pan and set the rice paper on top.
- Quickly top with the ham and crumble the cheese on top.
- Crack the egg on top of the ingredients, cover with a lid, and cook until the egg is as firm as you like.
- (If you add a tablespoon of water, it will steam faster.)
- Remove the lid, turn the heat to high.
- Once the rice paper is crispy, sprinkle with black pepper, and fold the corners of the paper.
- Serve while hot.
